1. Buchung & Vertragsabschluss
Die Buchung der Ferienwohnung erfolgt über das Kontaktformular auf unserer Webseite. Ein Mietvertrag kommt zustande, sobald der Vermieter die Buchung schriftlich (per E-Mail) bestätigt hat.

2. Zahlung
Mit der Buchungsbestätigung wird eine Anzahlung in Höhe von 30 % des Gesamtpreises fällig. Die Anzahlung ist innerhalb von 7 Tagen zu leisten. Der Restbetrag ist spätestens bei Anreise zu zahlen – in bar, sofern nicht anders vereinbart.

3. Stornierung durch den Mieter
Bei Stornierung gelten folgende Gebühren:
– bis 49 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 10 % des Mietpreises
– bis 35 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 30 %
– bis 21 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 60 %
– bis 14 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 90 % des Mietpreises
Der Mieter kann jederzeit eine Ersatzperson benennen. Eine Reiserücktrittsversicherung wird empfohlen.

4. An- und Abreise
– Anreise: ab 15:00 Uhr
– Abreise: bis 12:00 Uhr
Andere Zeiten sind nur nach vorheriger Absprache möglich.

5. Hausordnung
Haustiere sind leider nicht gestattet.
Rauchen ist in der gesamten Wohnung untersagt.
Ab 22:00 Uhr gilt die Nachtruhe – wir bitten um respektvollen Umgang mit der Nachbarschaft.
Partys oder Veranstaltungen sind nicht erlaubt.
Das Mitbringen und Übernachten zusätzlicher, nicht angemeldeter Personen ist nicht gestattet – Ausnahmen nur nach vorheriger Absprache.
Ein höflicher, respektvoller Umgang wird erwartet.

6. Haftung des Mieters
Der Mieter haftet für alle Schäden, die durch ihn oder seine Mitreisenden während des Aufenthalts an der Wohnung oder dem Inventar verursacht werden. Diese sind dem Vermieter unverzüglich mitzuteilen.

7. Haftung des Vermieters
Der Vermieter haftet nicht für Ausfälle oder Störungen, die außerhalb seines Einflussbereichs liegen (z. B. Stromausfall, Internetstörungen, Unwetter). Eine Haftung für persönliche Gegenstände des Mieters ist ausgeschlossen.

8. Sprache & Geltung
Diese AGB gelten in deutscher und englischer Sprache. Im Streitfall ist die deutsche Version maßgeblich.
Es gilt deutsches Recht. Gerichtsstand ist Montabaur.

1. Booking & Contract Conclusion
Booking of the apartment is made via the contact form on our website. A rental agreement is concluded once the landlord confirms the booking in writing (by email).

2. Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental price is due with the booking confirmation. The deposit must be paid within 7 days. The remaining balance is due on arrival and can be paid in cash unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellation by the Tenant
In case of cancellation, the following fees apply:
– Up to 49 days before the rental start date: 10% of the rental price
– Up to 35 days: 30%
– Up to 21 days: 60%
– Up to 14 days: 90% of the rental price
The tenant may name a substitute person at any time. Travel cancellation insurance is recommended.

4. Check-in and Check-out
– Check-in: from 3:00 PM
– Check-out: by 12:00 PM
Other times are only possible by prior arrangement.

5. House Rules
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited in the entire apartment.
Quiet hours apply from 11:00 PM onwards – we ask for respectful behavior towards neighbors.
Parties or events are not allowed.
The introduction and overnight stay of additional, non-registered persons is not permitted – exceptions are possible only with prior arrangement.
We expect courteous and respectful behavior.

6. Tenant’s Liability
The tenant is liable for any damage caused by them or their companions during the stay to the apartment or its furnishings. Such damage must be reported to the landlord immediately.

7. Landlord’s Liability
The landlord is not liable for any interruptions or disturbances outside their control (e.g., power failures, internet issues, weather). The landlord is not responsible for personal items brought by the tenant.

8. Language & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are available in both German and English. In case of discrepancies, the German version will prevail.
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Montabaur.
